Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation methods: pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor installations, each to suit specific needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require precise alignment with the cabinet front and a snug fit against the distribution panel, ensuring no gaps remain.
2. Installation steps:
Carefully position the transformer using designated force points; implement anti-slip measures to secure the setup.
Maintain the transformer's inclination within prescribed limits during transit and installation: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Ensure the components are fitted with appropriate spacing, neither excessively tight nor overly loose, to guarantee operational integrity.
For terminal installation, select insulation disks that match operational requirements, ensuring proper wiring and safety.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in strict accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal performance.
