Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, rugged outdoor installations, and protected indoor configurations.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored to a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require the transformer to align flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a gap-free fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize the designated force points for stabilization, and implement anti-slip measures to secure its placement.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within prescribed limits: no more than 15° for the long axis and 10° for the short axis.
Ensure precise alignment of all components during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, which could impair functionality.
When wiring terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on situational demands and ensure correct wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
The installation of attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must adhere to industry standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure safety and efficacy.
