Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile installation options for our 20kV oil immersed transformers include pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements, adapting seamlessly to varying environmental needs.
For outdoor installations, the transformer should be securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precise alignment, ensuring the transformer body is flush with the front of the cabinet, seamlessly integrated with the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure steadfast stability.
During both transportation and installation, it is crucial to regulate the transformer's inclination, maintaining it within specified limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail during installation, maintaining optimal spacing between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.
While installing terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on the specific scenario and execute wiring with precision.
3. Attachment installation:
When affixing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, it is imperative to comply with relevant standards and adhere to manufacturer guidelines for optimal performance.
