Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed using various methods, including pole-mounted installation, outdoor installation, or indoor transformer installation, ensuring flexibility to suit any environment.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly flush with the cabinet front and is snugly affixed to the distribution panel, leaving no room for gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Positioning the transformer requires utilizing specially designed force points, accompanied by necessary anti-slip measures to maintain stability and safety.
Maintain careful control over the transformer body's tilt during both transportation and installation, adhering to a maximum inclination of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During installation, ensure that all components are optimally spaced to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, which could impact performance.
Select the appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations based on actual conditions, ensuring precise and accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Fit accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and the manufacturer's requirements for optimal performance and safety.
