Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile installation methods for our 20kV oil-immersed transformers accommodate pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, providing flexibility for various environments.
For outdoor installation, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer should align flush with the cabinet front, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points for stability and incorporate anti-slip precautions to secure placement.
Maintain controlled inclination angles during transport and installation, not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally, to ensure safe handling.
During assembly, pay meticulous attention to component spacing to avoid issues with overly tight or loose fits.
When attaching terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on situational requirements and ensure accurate wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories, including gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, must adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for a precise fit.
