Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile installation methods for 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, offering flexibility and convenience.
For outdoor installations, it is crucial to secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation; indoors, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, closely fitting the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize the designated force points for the transformer and implement anti-slip measures for stability and security.
Maintain the transformer's body inclination within specified limits during transport and installation (not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally) to ensure optimal performance.
During installation, meticulously manage gap tolerances to prevent overtly tight or loose fittings, ensuring a perfect balance.
When wiring terminals, select appropriate insulation discs based on actual conditions and execute the wiring with precision.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for impeccable installation.
