1. Installation form:
Transform your installation processes with our 20kV oil-immersed transformers, adaptable to various installation forms. Whether it be pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor settings, flexibility defines our approach.
For outdoor installations, secure your transformer on a well-reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns precisely with the cabinet front and is seamlessly affixed to the distribution panel without leaving any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
As you position the transformer, leverage specially designed force points to ensure stability, accompanied by effective anti-slip measures for added security.
Maintain meticulous control over the transformer's inclination during transit and setup, adhering to a maximum of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
During the installation, precision is key; carefully manage gaps between components to avoid overtightening or looseness.
When configuring terminals, select the most suitable insulation disks based on current conditions and ensure proper wiring for flawless functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
Meticulously install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, strictly following relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee exceptional performance.
