1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, adapting effortlessly to various environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, ensure the transformer aligns seamlessly with the front of the cabinet and adheres snugly to the distribution panel for optimal performance and safety.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer with precision using designated force points engineered for stability. Incorporate effective anti-slip measures to maintain secure placement.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, ensuring angles do not exceed 15° longitudinally or 10° laterally to safeguard structural integrity.
During installation, meticulous attention is required to maintain appropriate spacing between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness for optimal functionality.
For terminal installations, select the appropriate insulation disks based on real-time conditions, ensuring accurate and secure wiring for optimal electrical performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When affixing critical accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for flawless integration and operation.
