Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, accommodating various spatial and functional requirements.
Outdoor installations require anchoring on a robust reinforced concrete foundation, while indoor installations demand precise alignment-ensuring the transformer body is seamlessly flush with the cabinet front and securely affixed to the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Position your transformer with precision using designated force points, coupled with anti-slip measures to guarantee stability and security throughout the process.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transit and installation, ensuring it remains within a safe range-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During installation, monitor the fit between components diligently to prevent undesirable tightness or looseness, promoting operational integrity.
Select insulation disks that match the specific installation conditions for terminal connections, ensuring accurate wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
Install essential accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in compliance with stringent standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure peak performance and safety.
