Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations, each suited to specific requirements.
For outdoor setups, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation; indoors, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the cabinet front and seamlessly integrates with the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation Steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize the specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures for added stability.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's body inclination during transport and installation, ensuring it does not exceed 15° longitudinally and 10° transversely for optimal performance.
During installation, carefully monitor the spacing between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring flawless operation.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring for safe and efficient operation.
3. Attachment Installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and bushings in accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for peak performance.
