Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Choose from versatile installation forms for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements. Each option is designed for optimal performance in its specific environment.
For outdoor installations, ensure a stable base with a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precision alignment, with the transformer body flush against the cabinet front and securely attached to the distribution panel, leaving no room for gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Employ designated force points for stable placement of the transformer and implement preventative measures against slipping during the installation process.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transit and installation, ensuring it does not exceed 15° along its long axis and 10° along its short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing between each component during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, which could compromise performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks based on real-time conditions when installing terminals, ensuring accurate wiring for flawless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
When adding accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to maintain quality and safety.
