Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options: pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations to suit your needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure secure fixing on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer should align perfectly with the cabinet front, firmly attached to the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points with anti-slip measures for secure placement.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination strictly within a specified range: no more than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis.
Ensure appropriate spacing between components to prevent overly tight or loose configurations during installation.
Select suitable insulation disks for terminal installation, aligning with specific conditions for accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhering to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal performance.
