1. Installation form:

Our versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers support various installation methods, including pole mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer setups, offering flexibility to suit unique spatial and environmental conditions.

For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a fortified concrete base. Indoor setups require aligning the transformer flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless connection to the distribution panel without gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Ensure precise placement with designated force points specifically engineered for the transformer, while implementing effective anti-slip measures.

During transit and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within safe parameters, not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° on the short axis, to ensure stability and performance.

Special care must be taken during installation to maintain optimal spacing between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.

Choose appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on actual conditions, ensuring correct wiring for optimal operation.

3. Attachment installation:

Adhere to precise standards and manufacturer guidelines when installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves to ensure operational integrity and safety.
