Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation forms for 20kV oil immersed transformers are versatile, encompassing pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a solid reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer is aligned flush with the cabinet front and firmly secured to the distribution panel, leaving no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points to stabilize it, implementing both anti-slip and safety measures.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's body's inclination within specified limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
While installing, ensure that the gaps between components are neither excessively tight nor overly loose to facilitate optimal performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations based on the actual environmental conditions and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure complete compliance and safety.
