Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring adaptability to any environment or requirement.
For outdoor installations, it is crucial to secure the transformer on a sturdy reinforced concrete foundation. Conversely, indoor setups must ensure the transformer aligns seamlessly with the cabinet front and adheres snugly to the distribution panel without any gaps, ensuring safety and efficiency.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize specially designated force points for optimal placement, and implement anti-slip measures to secure the transformer safely.
Maintain strict control over the transformer's inclination during transit and setup. Ensure angles do not exceed 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally to guarantee stability and performance.
Ensure precision with part gaps during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, which could impact performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the actual setup requirements when wiring terminals, ensuring correct and safe connections.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to uphold safety and functionality.
