1. Installation form:

Our 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers are versatile in installation, offering options such as pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations to suit various environmental needs.

For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely fastened on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to be flush with the front of the cabinet, tightly aligned with the distribution panel to prevent any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, utilize the specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to maintain stability.

Ensure the inclination of the transformer body remains within specified limits during transportation and installation (no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° on the short axis) to prevent operational issues.

During installation, meticulously adjust the gaps between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal functionality.

Choose appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions for terminal installations, ensuring correct wiring for safe operation.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee performance integrity.
