1. Installation form:
Our 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted setups, outdoor configurations, and indoor transformer installations, each designed for optimal operation and safety.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require the transformer body to align seamlessly with the cabinet front, ensuring a gapless fit with the distribution panel for maximum efficiency.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, leverage designated force points crafted for this product, while employing anti-slip measures to guarantee stability and safety.
Maintain precise control over the transformer body's inclination during transportation and installation, restricting angles to within 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally, to preserve integrity.
Exercise meticulous attention to the spacing of each component during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, enhancing function and longevity.
For terminal installation, select the most suitable insulation disks tailored to the specific context, ensuring precision in wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to maintain system integrity.
