1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding employs a multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, or connecting continuous structure. This design enhances shock distribution, minimizes magnetic leakage, and provides superior mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
Featuring high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, our design significantly reduces no-load loss and no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
The core and windings are securely fastened with innovative measures. High and low voltage leads feature self-locking anti-loosening nuts and a non-hanging center structure, which withstands transportation vibrations. Every fastener is equipped with additional fastening nuts to prevent loosening during long-term operation.

4. Vacuum processing:
Through vacuum drying of coils and cores, combined with vacuum-filtered and injected transformer oil, we ensure minimal moisture presence within the transformer.

5. Oil tank design:
Our oil tank, designed with corrugated sheets featuring a breathing function, adapts to oil volume changes due to temperature fluctuations. This innovation eliminates the need for an oil storage cabinet, thereby reducing the transformer's height.
