1. Installation form:

The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers are adaptable to various installation forms, including pole-mounted setups, resilient outdoor installations, and precise indoor transformer configurations.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation for stability; indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless attachment to the distribution panel, free of any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

When setting the transformer in place, utilize the specially designed force points unique to the product. Implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.

During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within the specified limits (no more than 15° for the long axis and 10° for the short axis) to ensure optimal performance.

During installation, carefully monitor the spacing between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring a secure and efficient setup.

For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on the specific scenario and ensure wiring accuracy for optimal performance.

3. Attachment installation:

When fitting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief apparatus, absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal functionality.
