Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV Oil-Immersed Transformer can be installed in multiple ways: pole-mounted, outdoors, or within indoor transformer facilities.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure it aligns flush with the cabinet front and fits snugly against the distribution panel, leaving no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize the specifically designed force points, and implement anti-slip measures for optimal safety and stability.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, with limits of no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During assembly, ensure part spacing is optimal-not too tight nor overly loose-to maintain performance integrity.
When fitting terminals, select appropriate insulation disks that match the actual conditions, ensuring correct wiring for peak performance.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in alignment with stringent standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring each component functions flawlessly.
