Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers offer various installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer setups, providing flexibility to suit any environment.
For optimal outdoor installation, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precise alignment with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a seamless fit against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, employ designated force points specifically engineered for the product, while implementing anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during both transportation and installation, adhering to a maximum of 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis direction.
During installation, meticulously manage the gaps between parts, ensuring they are neither excessively tight nor loose, to maintain optimal performance.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on the actual conditions, ensuring all wiring is executed with precision.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessory installation, encompassing components like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, must strictly adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure flawless operation.
