Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile installation forms of 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements, catering to diverse environmental and operational needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installed indoors, the transformer should align perfectly with the cabinet front and be closely attached to the distribution panel to eliminate any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Once the transformer is positioned, utilize the specially designed force points for secure installation, ensuring anti-slip measures are in place for stability.
During both transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits (not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally) to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Attention to detail is critical during installation. Ensure that the gaps between each component are neither too tight nor too loose, allowing for proper expansion and contraction.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the actual installation conditions, and ensure correct wiring for optimal function.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves requires adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure safety and performance excellence.
