Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation forms of 20kV oil immersed transformers are versatile, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align perfectly flush with the cabinet front, securely affixed to the distribution panel, eradicating any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, leverage the specially designed force points to ensure stability, accompanied by meticulous anti-slip measures.
Maintain the transformer's inclination within prescribed limits during transport and installation, not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During installation, meticulously monitor the gaps between components to prevent any excessive tightness or looseness that could compromise efficiency.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the exact situation and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict adherence to relevant standards and the manufacturer's requirements.
