1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options: pole-mounted for elevated spaces, robust outdoor setups, or secure indoor installations. Each method ensures optimum performance and safety.

For outdoor installations, secure the unit onto a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer seamlessly with the cabinet front, ensuring no gaps with the distribution panel for stability and precision.

2. Installation steps:

During positioning, utilize specially designed force points to stabilize the transformer. Implement anti-slip measures to secure placement and prevent movement.

Maintain precise inclination control during transport and installation: limit angles to within 15° on the long axis and 10° on the short axis, ensuring stability and safety.

Mindful installation ensures optimal component spacing-avoiding excessive tightness or looseness-to maintain integrity and performance.

Select the appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, ensuring correct wiring and adherence to actual requirements for safe electrical conductivity.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves following strict adherence to industry standards and manufacturer specifications, guaranteeing safety and reliability.
