Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer flexibility in installation, accommodating pole mounted, outdoor, and indoor configurations to suit your spatial and operational needs.
Outdoor installations require a secure foundation, ideally of reinforced concrete, while indoor installations should ensure the transformer aligns precisely with the cabinetry, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Ensure the transformer is positioned using designated force points, employing anti-slip measures to maintain stability and security.
During transit and setup, manage the transformer's inclination within specified limits: a max of 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis, to safeguard against operational disruptions.
It is crucial to meticulously manage the spacing between components to ensure neither excessive tightness nor undesired looseness, thereby optimizing functionality.
Carefully select suitable insulation disks to match the specific requirements during terminal installation, ensuring precise wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
Install critical components like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in strict accordance with both relevant standards and the manufacturer's detailed specifications, securing peak performance.
