Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers offer diverse installation forms such as pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations, adapting seamlessly to various environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer firmly on a reinforced concrete foundation. During indoor installations, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, achieving a snug fit against the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points for optimal stability, and implement anti-slip measures to ensure secure placement.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified parameters: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Pay close attention to the spacing between parts during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring flawless operation.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations according to specific conditions and ensure accurate wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing essential accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to all relevant standards and manufacturer requirements to ensure optimum performance and safety.
