Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
Our 20KV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and secure indoor transformations, catering to diverse environmental needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure a firm placement on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, the transformer's body should seamlessly align with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation Steps:
During placement, utilize the specially designed force points of the product, taking careful anti-slip precautions to maintain stability.
Monitor the transformer's inclination meticulously during transport and installation, keeping it within a safe range: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Mind the balance in gaps between components during installation, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness to ensure optimal performance.
When assembling terminals, choose suitable insulation disks tailored to the specific context and ensure correct wiring practices are followed.
3. Attachment Installation:
Ensure that accessory installations, including gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal safety and effectiveness.
