1. Installation form:

Our 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor placements.

For outdoor setups, ensure stability by securing the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer should align flush with the cabinet front, adhering closely to the distribution panel for a gapless fit.

2. Installation steps:

Position the transformer using designated force points to ensure stabilization. Implement anti-slip measures for enhanced safety during the process.

During transport and setup, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and a maximum of 10° along the short axis.

During installation, carefully manage part spacing to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring a perfect fit.

Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, adapting to situational needs and ensuring accurate wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and more in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
