1. Winding structure:
Our high-voltage winding features a sophisticated multi-layer cylindrical design, with options for continuous or connecting continuous structures. This innovation enhances shock distribution, minimizes magnetic leakage, and offers high mechanical strength with robust short-circuit resistance.
2. Iron core design:
Utilizing premium cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets and a unique full diagonal seam stacking method, our design significantly reduces no-load loss and no-load current, optimizing energy efficiency.
3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Our transformers boast meticulously fastened cores and windings, with high and low voltage leads secured by self-locking anti-loosening nuts. The non-hanging center structure is engineered to endure transportation vibrations. Additionally, all fasteners come with locking nuts, ensuring long-term operational stability without loosening.
4. Vacuum processing:
A state-of-the-art vacuum drying process for coils and cores, paired with vacuum-filtered and injected transformer oil, ensures minimal moisture presence within the transformer.

Regular inspection: It's crucial to routinely examine the oil level and oil insulation strength. Any issues detected should prompt an immediate replacement of the transformer oil.
