1. Installation form:

The 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed in various forms, including pole mounted installations, outdoor setups, and indoor transformer installations, catering to diverse needs and environments.

For outdoor installations, ensure it is secured on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, make sure the transformer body aligns precisely with the front of the cabinet, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel without gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During installation, employ specially designed force points for the transformer and implement anti-slip measures to secure stability and safety.

Control the inclination of the transformer body meticulously during transportation and installation, staying within 15° on the long axis and 10° on the short axis.

During installation, it's crucial to maintain optimal gaps between each component, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.

When setting up terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks based on the actual circumstances and ensure correct wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for best performance.
