1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation forms: choose from pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor transformer setups, all adaptable to your specific needs.

For outdoor installations, secure on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installing indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns seamlessly with the cabinet front, creating a perfect fit with the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

As you position the transformer, utilize the specially designed force points and implement essential anti-slip measures for safety.

During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within strict limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.

Pay careful attention to part gaps during installation to achieve the ideal balance-not too tight, nor too loose.

Select the appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on the conditions, ensuring precise wiring for optimal performance.

3. Attachment installation:

Install essential accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer requirements, ensuring optimal functionality.
