Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation options for 20kV oil immersed transformers are versatile, including pole mounted installation, outdoor placement, and indoor transformer setups.
For outdoor installations, securing on a robust reinforced concrete foundation is essential. Indoor installations require that the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet's front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize the specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specific limits (not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally).
Ensure gaps between all parts during installation are neither overly tight nor excessively loose to maintain operational integrity.
When installing terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring practices.
3. Attachment installation:
For installing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and the manufacturer's guidelines.
