For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, ensure precise alignment with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless fit against the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

Upon placing the transformer, utilize designated force points for optimal support, integrating anti-slip measures to ensure stability.

Maintain controlled inclination during transportation and installation, limiting it to 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis for optimal safety.

During installation, meticulously monitor the gaps between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring a perfect fit.

Select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific installation scenario to ensure accurate terminal wiring and secure connections.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing crucial accessories, such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is paramount for optimal performance.
