1, Definition and Characteristics
Prefabricated substation is a factory prefabricated and integrated design power supply solution. It organically combines functions such as transformer voltage reduction and low-voltage distribution, and is installed in a moisture-proof, rust proof, dust-proof, rodent proof, fireproof, anti-theft, heat-insulating, fully enclosed, and movable steel structure box. This design not only improves the reliability and stability of the equipment, but also greatly simplifies the installation process and reduces maintenance costs.
2, Types and classifications
Prefabricated substations can be classified according to different standards:
Divided by overall structure:
European style change: High voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, and low voltage distribution equipment are arranged in three adjacent compartments and electrically connected through cables or busbars.
American style variation (pre installed substation): Place the transformer body, high-voltage load switch, fuse, and high and low voltage connections in a common packaging oil tank.
Divided by installation location: divided into indoor and outdoor types to meet different environmental requirements.
Divided by high-voltage wiring methods, including dual power supply wiring and ring network wiring, to meet different power supply reliability requirements.
According to the structure of the box, it can be divided into integral and split types to meet different installation space and layout requirements.

Highly automated: adopting intelligent design, the protection system adopts a microcomputer integrated automation device to achieve the "four remote" functions of telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment.
