1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, adapting seamlessly to your environmental and spatial requirements.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation for ultimate stability; indoors, ensure the transformer's front is flush with the cabinet, tightly aligning with the distribution panel for optimal safety.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, employ designated special force points to position the transformer securely while implementing anti-slip measures for enhanced stability.
Maintain meticulous control over the transformer's inclination during transit and installation, adhering to an angle limit of 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Precision is key in installation-carefully manage part gaps to avoid over-tightness or looseness, ensuring seamless integration.
Optimize terminal installation by selecting appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions, ensuring accurate wiring for flawless electrification.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere to rigorous standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring every installation meets excellence.
