Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
Experience the versatile installation options of our 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers, whether pole mounted, outdoor, or indoor installations. Each method ensures optimal performance and adaptability to your specific environmental needs.
For outdoor setups, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation to ensure stability. When installing indoors, align the transformer body precisely with the cabinet front, ensuring a gap-free, secure fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation Steps:
During installation, adhere to the product-specific force points for placement and implement anti-slip measures to secure stability and safety.
Maintain strict control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, with a permissible tilt of no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° on the short axis, ensuring integrity and performance.
Monitor the gaps between parts vigilantly during installation, striking a balance that avoids excessive tightness or looseness, safeguarding the transformer's longevity and function.
Carefully select appropriate insulation disks tailored to your specific conditions when wiring terminals, ensuring precise and correct connections for optimal performance.
3. Attachment Installation:
Ensure strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer requirements during the installation of accessories, such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, optimizing efficiency and compliance.
