For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation Steps: A Step-by-Step Guide to Precision
When positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points specifically designed for the product. Implement anti-slip measures to guarantee stability and safety.
Maintain the transformer body within its designated inclination range during transport and installation (no greater than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally).
During installation, ensure perfect alignment of all components, avoiding both excessive tightness and looseness to ensure durability and efficiency.
When setting up terminals, select insulation disks that match the specific conditions and ensure correct wiring for optimal performance.
