1. Winding Structure:
The high-voltage winding features a multi-layer cylindrical and continuous or connecting continuous structure, enhancing shock distribution, minimizing magnetic leakage, and providing robust mechanical strength with excellent short-circuit resistance.
2. Iron Core Design:
Utilizing premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets and a full diagonal seam stacking method, our design significantly diminishes no-load loss and no-load current.
3. Fastening and Anti-loosening:
Each core and winding is securely fastened, equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts, and a non-hanging center structure to endure transportation vibrations. Every fastener is fortified with fastening nuts, ensuring durability against operational loosening over time.
4. Vacuum Processing:
Coils and cores undergo precise vacuum drying, with transformer oil being vacuum filtered and injected, effectively minimizing moisture to maintain peak performance.
5. Oil Tank Design:
Our oil tank features a corrugated sheet with breathing functionality to adjust to oil volume changes due to temperature fluctuations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet and thus reducing transformer height.
6. Other Features:
Boasting a sleek design and compact size, this maintenance-free solution is perfect for spaces with limited installation areas.

Ambient Temperature: Generally required to be maintained between -25°C and +40°C for optimal operation.
Altitude Limit: Instillation sites should not exceed an altitude of 1000m to ensure performance efficiency.
Air Humidity: Should not exceed 90% relative humidity at +25ºC for the device to function effectively.
Installation Place: Choose an area free from corrosive gases and noticeable dirt to safeguard performance.
Maintenance and Upkeep:
Regular Inspection: Regularly assess the oil level and perform oil insulation strength tests to detect issues early and replace transformer oil as needed.
