1. Winding structure:
Our high-voltage winding features an advanced multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, or connecting continuous structure, significantly enhancing shock distribution. This design ensures minimal magnetic leakage, exceptional mechanical strength, and robust short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
The core uses premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, expertly arranged with a full diagonal seam stacking method to drastically reduce no-load loss and minimize no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Both the core and windings are secured with innovative fastening techniques. High and low voltage leads feature self-locking anti-loosening nuts within a non-hanging center structure, ensuring resilience against transportation vibrations. All fasteners come with securing nuts to prevent loosening over prolonged operation.

4. Vacuum processing:
In our meticulous vacuum processing, coils and cores undergo vacuum drying. Transformer oil is also vacuum filtered and injected, effectively minimizing moisture within the transformer.
