1. Installation form:
The versatile installation options for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor placements, catering to diverse application needs.
For optimal stability, outdoor installations require secure placement on a reinforced concrete foundation, whereas indoor installations demand precise alignment, ensuring the transformer aligns flush with the cabinet front, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, strategically designed force points should be employed, accompanied by anti-slip measures to ensure steadfast installation.
During transport and installation, it is crucial to maintain the transformer's body inclination within defined limits-maximum 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis-to prevent mishaps.
Careful attention must be given to the gaps between components during installation, striking a balance to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Appropriate insulation discs should be selected based on situational requirements for terminal installation to guarantee proper wiring connections.
