1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations, to suit varied operational environments.

For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points to secure the unit, implementing anti-slip measures to enhance stability.

During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's body within a controlled inclination range, not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, to ensure optimal positioning and safety.

Ensure appropriate gaps between components during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, maintaining the integrity of the setup.

Select suitable insulation disks based on actual conditions when installing terminals and ensure precise wiring to uphold safety and performance.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhering strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
