Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted installation, resilient outdoor setups, and efficient indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installations, it is imperative to secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation; whereas, indoor installations require the transformer body to be perfectly aligned with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a seamless attachment to the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer with precision using the specially designed force points, while also implementing effective anti-slip measures.
During transit and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within safe parameters: not exceeding 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis.
Achieve optimal installation by carefully managing part gaps, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.
Select appropriate insulation disks aligned with actual conditions when installing terminals, ensuring precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications.
