Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in multiple formats, including pole-mounted installations, outdoor settings, and indoor transformer setups, offering flexibility and adaptability to various environments.
For outdoor installations, it is imperative to secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, ensure the transformer body aligns seamlessly with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a snug fit with the distribution panel, devoid of any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points engineered for the product, implementing anti-slip measures to guarantee stability and safety during installation.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transit and installation, ensuring it does not exceed 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis direction for optimal performance and safety.
During the installation process, pay close attention to the spaces between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring a balanced and secure assembly.
When installing terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on the specific circumstances, ensuring correct wiring for optimal functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
During the installation of accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer's requirements to ensure compliance and safety.
