Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation of our 20kV oil immersed transformers is versatile, supporting pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installation options to suit various environments.
For outdoor installation, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer's body aligns flush with the cabinet front and snugly fits against the distribution panel, eliminating gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During setup, utilize the designated force points specific to the product, implementing anti-slip measures to maintain stability.
Ensure the transformer's inclination remains within safe limits during transit and installation-no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Pay careful attention to part spacing during installation, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness for optimal operation.
Appropriately select insulation disks for terminal installation, wiring them accurately to fit the specific scenario.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in line with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for peak performance.
