1. Installation form:
The versatile installation forms for 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installations, securing the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation is essential. Indoors, it must align flush with the cabinet's front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel without any gaps for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
During positioning, ensure the use of specifically designed force points, incorporating anti-slip measures to hold the transformer securely in place.
It's crucial to control the transformer's body inclination during transportation and installation. The long axis should not exceed a 15° tilt, while the short axis remains within a 10° range.
Throughout installation, maintain vigilance over part alignment, ensuring no excessive tightness or looseness, which could compromise functionality.
Select the appropriate insulation disks and ensure correct wiring when installing terminals, adapting to real-time conditions.
3. Attachment installation:
When attaching accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is paramount.
