Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor placements, and indoor configurations.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete base; indoors, ensure the unit aligns flush with the cabinet's front and adheres firmly to the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Utilize designated force points for placement, incorporating strategic anti-slip measures for optimal safety and stability.

Maintain a controlled inclination for the transformer body during transit and installation-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.

During installation, carefully monitor part gaps to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.

Select appropriate insulation disks when installing terminals, ensuring accurate wiring to match situational needs.

3. Attachment installation:

Ensure the precise installation of accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in compliance with standards and manufacturer specifications.
