Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, catering to your specific infrastructure needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure a firm foundation using reinforced concrete. Indoor installations require precise alignment, with the transformer flush against the cabinet front, assuring a gap-free connection with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer with precision, utilizing designated force points. Implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety throughout the installation process.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation-strictly within 15° along the long axis and 10° on the short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing during installation, preventing overly tight or loose connections between components, for seamless and efficient operation.
Select and install suitable insulation disks for terminals based on specific conditions, ensuring accurate and secure wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal functionality.
