1. Winding structure:
Featuring a high-voltage winding with a multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, or connecting continuous structure, it enhances shock distribution, minimizes magnetic leakage, and boasts high mechanical strength with robust short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
Utilizing premium-grade cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with an advanced full diagonal seam stacking method, this design significantly reduces no-load loss and no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
The core and windings are meticulously fastened with specialized measures. High and low voltage leads are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts, featuring a non-hanging center structure to endure transportation vibrations. Every fastener includes a fastening nut to ensure stability during prolonged operation.

4. Vacuum processing:
Employing cutting-edge vacuum processes, coils and cores undergo vacuum drying, while transformer oil is vacuum filtered and injected, effectively minimizing internal moisture.
