Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements, accommodating a variety of environments.
For outdoor installations, ensure a secure foundation upon reinforced concrete. Indoor installations should align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, securing a snug fit against the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation Steps: Precision and Care at Every Turn
When positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within safe limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° across the short axis.
Carefully manage gaps between components during installation to prevent undue tension or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.
For terminal installation, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific conditions and ensure correct wiring for flawless operation.
3. Attachment Installation: Adhering to Standards and Precision
When affixing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer protocols for impeccable integration.
