Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation forms for 20kV oil-immersed transformers are versatile and include pole-mounted installation, outdoor installation, and indoor transformer installation, among others.
When installed outdoors, ensure it is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor installations, ensure the transformer is seamlessly aligned with the front of the cabinet, closely adhering to the distribution panel without any visible gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During the placement of the transformer, utilize specially designed force points crafted for this product to ensure stability, incorporating anti-slip measures for optimal safety.
During transportation and installation, control the transformer's body inclination within specified limits (not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis) for safe handling.
During installation, carefully monitor the spacing between each component to prevent over-tightening or excessive looseness, ensuring a flawless fit.
When setting up terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on the actual conditions and ensure correct wiring to maintain functionality and safety.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing essential accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer requirements to guarantee optimal performance.
